Thank you for trusting me as your future stylist! I value all of you and respect your time and energy, I only ask that you do the same for me. In the event that you may be running late, please notify me. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. 24 hours notice is required if you need to cancel your existing appointment. Any cancellations made after the 24 hour grace period will result in a 50% charge of the services booked to the card on file. This fee is non-refundable. If more than 3 appointments are cancelled on the day of, you will be required to pay a deposit to book any future services. In the event that payment is not made, you will no longer be able to book with me. A no call/ no show will result in a 100% charge for the services booked to the card on file. In the event of a no call/ no show, I will be requiring a deposit on any future appointments. If this happens more than once, you will no longer be allowed to book.
